B Planning exam is conducted for the students who wish to make their career in designing, managing & engineering. This course provides a wide range in both the public and private sector.
IIT Kharagpur and IIT Roorkee offer Planning courses through JEE Main and other entrance exams. From 2020 onwards JEE Main Exam for B. planning is separately conducted as paper 3, earlier Paper 2 was conducted for both B. Arch and B. Planning.

What’s New in Joint Entrance Examination 2020?
The IIT JEE Mains 2020 will be conducted twice a year by the National Testing Agency.
The IIT JEE Mains 2020 paper will be held in online mode only.
The JEE Advanced 2020 will be conducted by IIT Delhi on 17th May 2020.
JEE Advanced 2020 Exam will be conducted in 5 International centres and USA has been added to the exam centres list. Sri Lanka and Ethiopia have been removed from the exam centres.
Top 2,50,000 students from JEE Main 2020 exam will be eligible to apply for the JEE Advanced 2020 Exam.
